Our products carry a full 3 year warranty against any factory defects. We also include a full 3 year technical support email support for any issues related to setup, updates, or just simply using your new unit. If you feel your unit is defective, and require a replacement simply send an email to email@example.com with your full name, address, original order number, and a phone number to get ahold of you. Please expect the representative to go through some troubleshooting prior to issuing your the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for your item. We will be more than happy to replace any defective product free of charge within the 3 year warranty period. Please note, warranty does not cover physical damage or program deletion.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We run Cable404.com in a wholesale business fashion, as we are certain you can tell from our pricing structure. We typically cannot further discount our products. If you have a large order, or have a wholesale purchase you want to organize, email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accomodate you. We typically don't have any coupon codes or further promotions as we are already passing the discounts to you, the customer. We are not in the business of price gouging, so we try to provide the lowest and fairest pricing to all our customers. For payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express for credit cards, and are currently accepting Paypal payments through checkout as well.
You are more than welcome to login to your account at any time to view your order, ensure all the information inputted is correct, and to see the current status of your order. Please note, you will have to ensure that you register prior or during the purchasing process to view order status by logging into the account. As a registered guest you will have a password and username to log in. Buyers that checkout as a guest cannot login in the future to view order status. Regardless, all order status emails are sent automatically when the order is placed, as well as when the order ships.
